Cage Fitness is a 30 minute, five round, workout that targets all areas of the body and includes cardio, strength training and flexibility. It uses your own body weight and the weight of a specially designed workout dummy for resistance. There are no partners, no contact and no martial arts experience is necessary. This workout is designed for interval training and it won’t be long before you find your energy levels will increase, performance will improve and your metabolism will pick up. All levels will get a workout as the routine is easily modified for any fitness level.
