Lil' Dragons Program
The Lil' Dragon's program teaches your child to be a good citizen and prepares them for life-or at least kindergarten. It includes instruction in safety and life skills. These help your children become well rounded by developing your child's social, emotional, physical and intellectual growth. It is a three-pronged program that forms a triangle-safety skills, life skills and martial arts-each forming a leg. Your child will:

Basic Program
This character building program focuses on changing the behavior of the student inside and outside our Academy. As we transform lives through the venue of martial arts parents will see a remarkable increase in their child's focus, discipline and self-confidence as their child progresses through the beginner level of the martial arts.
Outside our Academy, students take action and learn by doing. Emphasis is on Respect and Teamwork so our student's first mission is to log 50 acts of respect, courtesy and kindness in their "Respect Journal". Because teamwork starts in the home, our student's second mission is to complete 50 home chores and log them into their "Teamwork Journal". Upon completion of these journals, the student is awarded their first two badges in a series of six.
Short-term goal setting and academic excellence is also encouraged as we partner with the school system and parents prior to belt testing to monitor the student's behavior inside the school classroom as well as at home.
Black Belt Club Program
This Program involves a Commitment to Excellence and a Commitment to Black Belt. As the student continues their martial arts training at the intermediate to advanced level, character building is continued by teaching an attitude of "Black Belt Excellence". Special theme classes include mixed martial arts training of basic jujitsu, competition training, sparring, board breaking and basic weapons training of nunchakus and bo staff.
Character-building continues outside the academy by leading the students on a journey of powerful and positive action! Journals 3, 4, 5 and 6 introduce Perseverance, Self-Discipline, Knowledge and Leadership. Along the way participants learn life-lessons about goal setting, wisdom, journaling, mentoring and the awesome power of taking action on ideas.
In addition, Leadership Training is conducted through our S.W.A.T. (Special Winning Attitude Team) meetings. Students are taught success principles to enable them to think and act beyond "average" and to strive for a life of "excellence". Role-playing, group interaction, note-taking and assignments are all part of this valuable program for improving one's self-confidence. Sample topics include, Believe you can succeed and you will, Build confidence and destroy fear, You are what you think you are and, How to think like a leader.
Master's Club Program
This ELITE level of training is for the martial artist who wants to take their training to the highest level. Students participate in a variety of programs that feature the XMATM - Xtreme Martial Arts, Kicks & Tricks, Xtreme Weapons (Sword, Kamas, Bo, Nunchakus). This Program will help increase your Performance, Speed, Power, Intensity, Stamina and Self-Confidence!
Adult Program
We offer adult programs for all levels of skill. We encourage the participation of women, men, parents, and grandparents, because everyone can benefit from the study of Martial Arts. Regular attendance of our Adult Programs will result in stress reduction, improved health, awareness, self-discipline and confidence. Consistent training will improve: flexibility, muscle strength, speed, balance, cardio and calorie burning.
